Powerlifting
Welcome to the 2024-2025 Powerlifting Season!
Please see the attachment below for the meet schedule.
Required Paperwork
In order to participate in Powerlifting, all students must have a physical turned in to the Athletic Trainer, as well as all other UIL forms completed via RankOne before they are cleared to work out or participate in any aspect.
Turn in the physical form to the RHS athletic trainer, Mr. Todd Olivera.
***Do NOT submit this paperwork to the front office.***
Injury documentation
In order to provide the best care possible for the student athlete, the Athletic Trainer must be kept abreast of all illnesses and injuries. Should your son or daughter go to the doctor please bring a note back with directives from the doctor about play guidelines. If a student athlete does not bring a note back, it will be assumed that the doctor said he/she was not allowed to play and the student will sit out until the note is received.
Welcome to Randolph high school boys and girls Powerlifting. I am honored to be named head coach for both teams and am extremely excited to bring my philosophy of "Education through athletics" to this program. We have had some early success with many athletes qualifying and competing at the Regional and State level both years so far. We hope to continue to carry on this tradition and even come home with the gold medal! Ultimately, my hope is every athlete will enjoy learning to lift, to compete, to instill self confidence, and possibly carry on to compete at the Collegiate level.
**WORKOUTS** We will start "basic level" workouts starting Nov 5th after school in the weightroom. Please see the flyers in the hallways and the weightroom on the Powerlifting information board on how to join our group on Parent Square.
