CROSS COUNTRY 2024

Welcome 2024 Cross Country. 

 
Make sure that you fill out all your paper work on Rankone, If you are not cleared, you will not be able to participate in workouts. 
 
Workouts: Begin Aug. 5th
We will meet by the tennis courts at 7am-8am at Randolph High School, by the tennis courts

** If you have a foam roller, after each workout try to roll out your calves, glutes, and upper and lower back.  This will focus on releasing tension while increasing muscle and joint range. If you do not have a foam roller, try to stretch you hip flexors and hamstrings really well.
