CROSS COUNTRY 2023

Welcome 2023 Cross Country. 

 
Make sure that you fill out all your paper work on Rankone, If you are not cleared, you will not be able to participate in workouts. 
 
Workouts: Begin July 31st, 2023
July 31st - 9-10:15am - softball fields

** If you have a foam roller, after each workout try to roll out your calves, glutes, and upper and lower back.  This will focus on releasing tension while increasing muscle and joint range. If you do not have a foam roller, try to stretch you hip flexors and hamstrings really well.
