Middle School Parent Meeting
Fall Sports
(Football, Volleyball, Cross Country)
We will be holding a parent meeting for fall sports prior to seasons starting.
Wednesday, August 7th @ 6pm in the game gym
MS Football Pre-Season Workouts
August 5th – 8th, 4:00pm – 5:30pm
August 12th & 13th, 4:00pm – 5:30pm
Middle School Athletics
7th & 8th grade football will start practice Wednesday, August 14th. Athletes MUST have a physical and all paperwork complete before they will be allowed to participate. If paperwork is incomplete, they are still expected to attend practices if they plan to play football.
**Reminder: Please make sure all paperwork is taken care of prior to the first day of school/practice so that we do not miss out on any valuable practice time.

Important Physical Information:
Attention Athletes and Parents:
All athletes will need a new physical before they can participate in any sport for the 2023-2024 school year. Physicals should be turned in to the Athletic Trainer, Todd Olivera, or emailed (PDF format) to [email protected]
Parents will also need to complete 3 forms on the RankOne website (link below) before your athlete can participate in any sport.
