Biography

Music has always been a huge influence in my life. Coming from a very musical family, I have been singing, dancing, and performing for as long as I can remember. I am a San Antonio native and was raised in the choir program through middle and high school. I attended the University of North Texas and received a Bachelors in Music Education (Early Childhood - 12) in 2009. I taught private voice, piano, guitar, and ukulele lessons in the DFW area for six years to students five to fifty years of age. During this time, I was also introduced to the Dallas performance scene and have been a member of the smooth seventies band Captain and Camille since 2013. In 2015 I heard a little voice calling me home. While balancing the performance life in Dallas, I moved to Austin and began teaching elementary music in Pflugerville ISD and fell in love. After five wonderful years in PfISD, I decided it was time to move home to San Antonio and here we are. I currently reside in Bulverde with the love of my life and his beautiful daughter and son, down the street from my parents. I am so excited for this school year and I cannot wait to brush off my old choir chops. This is going to be the beginning of a wonderful adventure and you are all invited!
