Summer Workout 2025 Information

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Summer workouts are open to any current or incoming RFISD student entering 7th – 12th grade. (BOYS & GIRLS)

 

WHY ARE SUMMER WORKOUTS IMPORTANT?

Our summer strength and conditioning program is very important to the success of our athletes and team’s next season. We as a coaching staff are committed to providing a purposeful and well-organized summer workout program as well as a structured positive environment for your sons and daughters. It is very important that your student-athlete is participating in this program so they can handle the HEAT for practices in August.

 

Summer workout dates are:

Mon. Jun. 2 - Thur. Jun. 5

Mon. Jun. 9 - Thur. Jun. 12

Mon. Jun. 16 - Thur. Jun. 19

Mon. Jun. 23 - Thur. Jun 26

WEEK OFF
Mon. Jul. 7 - Thur. Jul. 10

Mon. Jul. 14 - Thur. Jul. 17

Mon. Jul. 21 - Thur. Jul. 24

MS Boys & Girls (7th & 8th grade) workout times, 7:45am – 9:30am 

HS Boys & Girls (9th – 12th grade) workout times, 8:00am – 10:00am

HS Football: July 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 23, 24, 28, 29, 30, 31 (10am – 11am)

MS Football: June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26 (10am – 11am)
HS Volleyball:

MS & HS Girls Basketball: June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19 (10am – 11am)

HS Boys Basketball: June 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25 (10am – 11am)

Softball: June 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19, July 22, 23 (10am – 11am)

HS Football – 1st day of practice is August 4, 2025 (Mandatory)
